49 Winchester with Colby Acuff at Stage 271: October 3

About the show

49 Winchester has been steadily building a following with honest small-town storytelling and a roots-rock sound that pairs twangy guitars with a driving rhythm section. The band's live reputation has made it a favorite on the Americana circuit, and this stop at Stage 271 brings the group to the Red River region for the first time in the 2026 season. Colby Acuff, an Idaho-born country songwriter, opens the evening with his own set of plainspoken originals.

Stage 271 sits on the campus of Choctaw Casino & Resort in Grant, Oklahoma, the resort's outdoor entertainment venue on the eastern edge of the property, with covered seating and a full production stage. The site has hosted a steady run of country and rock bookings through the fall, and this date lands on the same weekend as the Red River Valley Fair back in Paris, making for a full calendar for Northeast Texas music fans.

Why it matters for Paris

Stage 271 and the Choctaw campus continue to give Northeast Texas a professional-grade concert option within an hour of Paris, drawing regional audiences and anchoring the entertainment-driven hospitality corridor north of the Red River. For investors watching leisure and tourism spending in the market, these bookings are a reliable pulse on the demand that supports hotels, restaurants, and event-related retail across Lamar County and southern Oklahoma.
