About the fair
The Fannin County Fair is a fundraising event hosted by the Fannin County Fair organization at the Multi-Purpose Complex on FM 87, three nights of fairground fun with vendor booths, food, and entertainment. Each evening runs 5:00 to 11:00 PM, and tickets are sold separately for each day, valid only for the date selected.
Saturday, October 10 is the marquee night, with Texas country artist Josh Ward headlining at 7:00 PM. Ward has built a following across the Texas and Red Dirt circuit with a straightforward, working-man country sound, and his Bonham date gives Northeast Texas fans a headliner without leaving the region. Some listings show a 7:30 PM start, so arriving early is a safe call.
Why it matters for Paris
Bonham is part of the same regional market as Paris, and the Fannin County Fair is one of the anchor events of the October calendar in the service area. County fairs and their concert nights draw from a wide radius, filling local lodging and restaurants and reinforcing the entertainment economy that supports commercial activity across Northeast Texas.
