About the artist
Gerald Crabb is a Southern Gospel songwriter and performer with a catalog of hundreds of songs and more than two dozen national number one singles in the genre. His 2026 tour runs through late November, and the October 9 date brings him to the Paris area for an afternoon concert at The ROC, a Paris-area venue listed in the local concert feed.
The listing does not publish a street address for The ROC, so anyone planning to attend should confirm the exact location and door times with the venue or the concert listing before heading out. The 5:00 PM start makes it an early-evening show, a convenient fit for a Friday night in Lamar County.
Why it matters for Paris
Gospel and faith-based events draw steady, loyal audiences across Northeast Texas, and a touring artist of Crabb's standing landing in Paris is a sign of the market's reach as a regional event destination. Community and church-adjacent events like this fill venues, restaurants, and lodging on nights when the county fair and casino circuit are not running, rounding out the local entertainment calendar.
